Reservation Agent

If you are looking for a customer service/reservation agent position we may have an opportunity for you. This position includes answering questions regarding the exchanging of an owners timeshare, assisting the owner with exchanges, and making outbound calls. The outbound calls are strictly related to owner’s questions and concerns. We do not participate in any telemarketing through this call center. Excellent customer service and basic computer skills are required.

Vacation Specialist (Exchange)

Have sales experience? Trading Places International (TPI) is currently seeking a sales-driven, self-motivated Vacation Specialist.

Job Summary:
- Creates vacation experiences by working with clients one on one and over the phone.
- Revenue driven, competitive atmosphere with commission incentive
- Builds/Maintains relationships with resort staff and the clients.
- Utilizes state of the art reservation systems to successfully confirm vacation exchanges
- Comprehensive training that develops the skills required to be successful immediately following completion

- Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
- Fearless, can-do positive attitude
- High energy
- Basic computer skills
