Current Opportunities Reservation Agents If you are looking for a customer service/reservation agent position we may have a position for you. This position includes answering questions regarding the exchanging of an owners timeshare, assisting the owner with exchanges, and making outbound calls. The outbound calls are strictly related to owner’s questions and concerns. We do not participate in any telemarketing through this call center. Excellent customer service and basic computer skills are required.
