Club Cascadas Renews Trading Places International’s Management Contract

Trading Places International (TPI) has received a three year extension on their Club Cascadas de Baja management agreement. This marks the 13th year of continually managing all aspects of Club Cascadas.

“We are proud to be involved with such an acclaimed resort. Club Cascadas is set on the best location of Cabo, and we are extremely happy to be part of one of the most requested resorts in Mexico,” said TPI’s President RJ Jackson.

Club Cascadas De Baja was one of the first timeshare resorts built in Los Cabos, Mexico. This five-star luxurious village with meandering stone pathways housing 110 villas from one to four bedrooms, all totally private, were designed by Edward and Patricia Giddings, awarding him the Architectural Digest Prize.

The contract includes management of all aspects of the association including accounting services, inventory control, on-site services, revenue centers such as the spa, boutique, activities desk, and restaurant, plus sales and re-sales of timeshare.

“TPI has done a wonderful job at Club Cascadas; I’m very excited about our continuing relationship,” said the resort’s owner Patricia Giddings. Trading Places is a 34-year veteran of the travel and vacation ownership industries. It is the only vertically integrated, independent timeshare company that provides exchange and rental services, full-service resort management, as well as a full-service travel agency. It currently manages over 40,000 timeshare owners at 30 resort locations in the USA, Mexico, Hawaii, and Argentina.
