TRADING PLACES INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES NEW EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS

New VP of Operations

Trading Places International (TPI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Donna Childress to Vice President of Operations. Ms Childress has been with TPI for 11 years, and will be taking on new responsibilities utilizing her considerable knowledge and experience in both the timeshare and travel industries. Prior to joining TPI in 1998, Donna was an owner-partner of a local custom cabinet shop. Looking for a career change, she entered the travel industry. After four years as a professional travel agent, she accepted a position as a travel counselor at TPI and gradually worked her way up to Director of Travel Services. Now, as VP of Operations, she will oversee all operations of Trading Places International

New Director of Resort Operations

Trading Places International (TPI) is happy to announce the promotion of Nichole Campbell to Director of Resort Operations. Nichole is an excellent addition to the resort management division of the company. She has developed good relationships with many of TPI’s boards of directors by participating in new resort training, as well as directing TPI personnel in annual member meetings. Nichole joined TPI in 2002 and has served in many important positions in multiple departments, most recently serving as Director of Owner Services. Nichole has secured the respect of boards of directors and resort managers, as well as TPI, through her attention to detail, willingness to take on tasks that are not her responsibility, and her insightful problem-solving techniques.

New Director of Call Center Services

Trading Places International (TPI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Jackson to Director of Call Center Services. Heather joined TPI’s reception team in August 2000 while earning her bachelor's degree in Education. She earned both her degree and teaching credentials, but teaching didn’t call to her like TPI did. Heather transferred to the rental team in 2002 as a Quality Control Agent. A few years later, she was promoted to Revenue Supervisor, responsible for yield management of rental inventory. Heather has assisted in overseeing the call center for the past year as Assistant Director, and in her new capacity she will continue to focus on call center efficiencies and services.
