Exchange Program
Through Premier Access, you can exchange to the “Premier Access Family of Resorts.” Request your exchange to any resort in the Premier Family as far as 12 months in advance.

Upgrade
Inviting friends to join you on your vacation and need a three-bedroom unit? Want to exchange to a resort that has a special “holiday” season designation for the week you want? With Premier Access, you may upgrade your unit or season when you exchange. Upgrade fees depend upon upgrade levels (season and/or unit), reservation lead times and availability. Buyers are strongly encouraged to purchase the unit and season they are most likely to use, as upgrading is limited.

Borrow Weeks
Subject to your resort’s rules and regulations, you can borrow future use weeks up to two years ahead for exchanging through Premier Access. For example: borrow next year’s use week and add it to this year’s use week for a two-week vacation. This is especially useful when special occasions arise or you want to extend a business trip with some pleasure travel. You must pay the maintenance fee for each borrowed use week prior to making your reservation.

Split Your Week
You can split your use week into three and four-night trips (one stay can include a weekend). You may make split week reservations up to 90 days in advance. There is a transaction fee due at the time your first reservation is confirmed. Because checking in or out in the middle of a week necessitates additional housekeeping, there may be an additional housekeeping fee charged by the resort.

Premier Time
Through Premier Access, Premier Time is now available to you at any resort in Trading Places International’s Premier Family. For the low nightly Premier Time rate (see the Premier Access rate card) and a transaction fee, you can take a break at any resort in the Premier Family. Reservations are available as far as 21 days in advance, with a two-night minimum stay required. Premier Time reservations are non-cancelable so please plan carefully.

Bank/Deposit
Vacation for weeks at a time by depositing your use week, up to two years at no charge, or for a third year for a fee. For example: Save your use week this year and combine it with next year’s week for a two-week vacation. Use your banked weeks to reserve additional units and share your vacation experience with friends and family. You must call at least 60 days in advance of your fixed week, or 90 days in advance of the end of your season for a floating week, to bank your use week. Only full weeks of seven nights may be deposited.

Maintenance Fee Reimbursement
Can’t travel this year? Want to re-coup some or all of your maintenance fees? Give Trading Places your week for this year and we will reimburse most, if not all, of that year’s maintenance fees. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for details.
