Trading Places International continues to monitor the situation regarding the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), including related guidance provided by local government and public health officials, and is following any protocols required by governmental authorities and agencies in the locations in which we do business. We encourage all members and guests to refer to the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and/or their local health authority for more information about COVID-19.

In response to the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, Trading Places is committed to assisting our members and guests with their vacation planning during these challenging times. While Trading Places’ standard cancellation policies generally apply to any cancellation of reservations and exchange confirmations, we may be able to assist you in exploring alternative vacation options in instances where travel restrictions and resort closures related to COVID-19 impact your vacation plans.
