Cancellation Policy for Exchange Reservations

• Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival for a $100 cancellation fee.
• Deposited week is returned with the original expiration date upon cancellation.
• Exchange fees are not eligible for refund and are forfeited upon cancellation.
• Applicable unit and/or season upgrade fees are refunded upon cancellation.
• Upon re-booking of exchange, new exchange and/or unit/season upgrade fees will apply.
